Little Red’s Big Ideas, a marketing blog for parks, recreation, camps and libraries, ran a story that provides three ways for people in the parks and recreation industry to “prevent any backlash” that the new NBC comedy may cause.
The blog’s writer understands the show will probably poke fun at the profession and offers some key ideas to take the comedy in stride:
1. Admit that it’s coming. (And let people know you have a sense of humor).
2. Contact your NBC affiliate to let local news hear your side of the story.
